Appointments

• Hand sanitizer will be available at the front counter for patient use.

• We will contact all patients scheduled for a routine examination the day before their appointment and ask them the questions on the COVID-19 assessment screening test as well as confirm information on their file. 

• We ask patients to arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to the examination so that we have time to properly sterilize.

• Please limit your guests to 1, as there is limited amounts of patients in the office at one time. 

• Masks are now recommended in our office as mandated by the Govt of BC.

• Patients are strongly encouraged to phone in if they are experiencing any symptoms of a cold, flu, or another sickness that may impact your health. We can reschedule your appointment for a time when you are well again

• If you do not have a mask for your appointment, we can offer one at no charge

Glasses and Contact Lenses Pickups

​

• Appointments will be required to pick up glasses and contact lenses. Please call before visiting the office to make an appointment.

• Contacts can also be shipped to your address upon request

• You will be required to wear a mask even for a short pick up appointment.
